3 Awesome Holidays this Month that You Might Enjoy Celebrating

Did you know the month of August has three national holidays worth recognizing this year?

If you thought the month of August had nothing to look forward to because there’s nothing to celebrate, you couldn’t be more wrong.

In the next couple of weeks, there are actually 3 really cool holidays that you and your loved ones could enjoy in some way.

Those special days are:

1. National Garage Sale Day is August 14th (normally falls on the second Saturday in August)
2. National Relaxation Day is August 15th
3. National Senior Citizen Day is August 21st

Think about it. How cool is it that there’s a Senior Citizen Day, let alone a National Relaxation Day. I can relate to both those days, and trust me, I plan on making this the first of many years celebrating them.

Once upon a time, I would have been equally excited to recognize National Garage Sale Day. But truthfully, since COVID is still on the loose, I’m not so sure about this particular holiday. But I still think it’s cool that the day is actually celebrated like it is.
