"As you sit alone with your mind" How fitting a description for this practice. I already have my own little method of trying to meditate, but this helps to understand the obstacles to finding that right mindset. I also appreciate the video and the Butterfly hug suggestions. I'm going to try for 5 minutes a day and really commit. Thanks again :-)
