Bravo! Well said. Something even victims of this kind of discrimination don't realize it, because it's so standard. When I try to watch old television shows that used to be my favorites, I cringe at the sheer lack of representation. Some shows didn't even have the stereotypical roles of maids and busboys, just no non-white faces period. I loved this story and I thank you for writing it :-)
