"But they don’t help your earnings!" You're absolutely right Judy. The best thing a person can do for your story is to read it, all the way through. Anything else is just a courtesy and ego stroking. Highlighting may seem annoying to that writer, but a great use that some followers use for highlighting, is to easily find the passages you want to quote in your own story. So like you, I think this person is too focused on something that shouldn't even really matter that much. Thanks for your views :-)
