Carrie, I think this is a SUPER good idea. I love it. I love that you're allowing some writers the benefit of a doubt, and trusting them to be sensible and follow the rules. We're adults and we all want to succeed, so it should be easy enough to weed out the rebels. I'm looking forward to submitting and following the publication :-)
