"grabbed a cigarette and lighter"OMG Robin, that was such a touching and beautiful story, and you know I'm aware of some of your backstory, so I leave it to my imagination how much is you. I love ladybugs too, but my favorite insect is the butterfly. It's been almost like a signature in my note writing, card signing, memos, whatever. I learned to sketch one out, as quickly as I do my actual signature. This story made me almost cry, it was so moving. And I honestly don't think it was the fact that right when I got to the end of the paragraph before the above quote, I just coincidentally happened to be reaching for my lighter and a smoke, which made me think of your story about "Mary Jane" and I lit up and enjoyed this story that much better :-)
