Hey Burk, on the one hand, I agree. I'm more for spreading the love around to more writers, and being able to do it on a more regular basis. Then again, every month since I've been here (3), I hear rumblings from those who didn't get a bonus (also understandable), so it seems that Medium is damned if they do and damned if they don't. Maybe neither of these options is the solution. Hmm?
