Hey doc, you have the perfect niche, in my opinion, because everyone has medical and health related concerns at some point. Now all you need to do is find your particular writer voice, to convey your medial knowledge. Remember, you're not in your office talking to the patient, and readers are sometimes a lazy bunch with short attention spans. Write for those "patients" and I think you'll do great :-)
