Hey Justin, no worries mate. LOL - If you tweak older stories in any way, Medium won't bring them back to life like a newly published story, even if you change the title. The url link address will remain the same, and so will the publishing date. But there are other things you can do, to get it more visibility, but that's all on you, with promoting and positioning it where it can be seen. I actually wrote about a cool little hack for this issue, but I don't want to overwhelm you with more links :-)
