Hey Sherrell - been there, done that, and still going through it at least once a year. It's truly par for the course as a writer, so in a way, it's a good thing - you're really one of us :-) Just stop and breathe, and no matter what, keep writing. No matter what you feel or what you think - KEEP WRITING. Because if you keep writing, even though you think and feel like you do, pretty soon you're going to feel better (at some point right?), and when you do, you'll have something to show for it. But if you keep thinking and feeling like you do, and allow it to stop you from writing, once you're over your little tamtrum - or whatever it is that makes us mentally spiral out of control - if you haven't written anything, you're left with nothing. In other words, suffer through it girl, and write, REGARDLESS. You're never alone in this :-)
