i mostly paste screen shots of my Canva design int Paint.net, crop it, and size them all at a width of 3000, and they come out fine. Sometimes if I just copy and paste them directly into the story without sizing it, they still come out uniform and all the same size. Feel free to copy & paste it directly into your story and see if it works :-)
