" it is possible to find it when you are around others through practice." What a wonderful thought, and one I will have to give a try. I typically get my solitude when I'm alone on my morning walks. I literally force myself to be right in the moment, because sometimes, I can't help but catch my thoughts straying to less than calming things. But remembering the benefits of "mindfulness", I manage to reel myself back in. Thanks for a wonderful message Bill :-)
