"It’s nonrenewable as in you can’t make more of it." Excellent story Atiyya! So spot on, and I can honestly relate. Like you, my childhood consisted of always being without, because of money. Even as an adult, most of my earlier and middle aged years amounted to scrimping and struggling. Now, I'm 64 and don't have a money care in the world. I not only have savings and always a little extra to throw around, but I can treat friends and even contribute to charities. I NEVER thought I'd be in this position, but I don't even know how I got here. Nothing major happened, unless maybe Covid - which is when I stopped leaving the house. I guess something good came from the pandemic. :-)
