"It’s the work that wears me out before I even start." That's usually the case when we allow ourselves to think too much, instead of jumping on in. It's the same principle as getting out of bed when the alarm goes off, instead of constantly hitting snooze. What works for me when it comes to "stuff", is Making a list of everything that needs to be done (like all the good ideas you mentioned), and notating how you plan to accomplish each task. Each day, make your way down the list, and get the satisfaction of ticking off as much as you can. You got this kiddo :-)
