"My love and devotion, a three-sixty from the previous, a person blind" This sums up who I was, when I finally began to fall in love with the pigeons my husband used to raise. In the early days of our young marriage, I viewed the birds as rivals for my husband's time. Those feelings eventually changed, as I wrote in my novella about my husband, titled: Harder to Forget. They actually are dirty birds, but that doesn't mean you can't still love them :-)
