Oh boy Heaven, all this sounds so good, on so many different levels. I don't know which one to comment on. I just polished off some organic lemons my foster sister grew and gave me about a month ago. They were so damn good, I was eating them like oranges. Now, I wish I had all those peelings, that I'm sure would have been equally as tasty. But what about that bitter taste that some citrus fruits have on their oily skin. Does that go away with the drying process? I'd love to know more. Anyway, thanks so much for all these creative ideas :-)
