"“People who take in more negative age beliefs tend to show worse physical, cognitive, and mental health,” Wow, these were some really great points made Don. It's almost like falling prey to a self fulfilling prophecy that tells us we're old and we should behave a certain way, so we buy into it. My sister (5 years my senior), is constantly using her age to explain away any perceived shortcomings she has. The problem is, she's been doing this for years and years and years. She's 72, and acts like "game over". I don't plan to follow her example. I'm too young for that :-)
