Sounds like you have a workable system. For me, trying to perform any activity to help me keep all this organized, only creates more work in the long run. Even taking time to compile and mass tag writers in one global response. That's a huge task, and it's less time consuming, to just go on and reply one by one. But I still find the tagging method enjoyable - though time consuming :-)
