"Stretching before bed helps me wind down before sleep" What a great tip Sara. I usually try to make myself stay in the habit of stretching when I get up in the morning (Note to self: gotta get back into that), but I never thought about stretching at night before bed. That's an intriguing suggestion. I may have to give that a shot. Thanks :-)
