Superb work Matthew and I certainly couldn't agree more. I realize editors are probably busy with thier publications, but if things are that busy, they clearly need to exclusively "designate" the task of writing feedback to someone. I have a review (1 of practically none) on one of my Amazon books that gave me 1 star, and no comment at all. I seriously doubt they even read it, with that type of response, but my point being, I get what you're saying. Thanks :-)
