" the easiest way to do so is by reading the whole story and leaving valuable feedback" This statement is the criteria I use, for following and interacting with new members. When a new member shows up on my account and I see they appear to have read 6 stories in a matter of minutes, with only claps and highlighting, I rarely bother with checking them out. For me, it's an automatic red flag. But I'm not the one to try and determine someone's mindset, or get them barred for possibly an honest but stupid mistake. But as for my attention and patronage, they can forget it. Thanks Tommaso :-)
