"the sauna is an enjoyable pastime activity and has many health benefits, such as turning on longevity genes, relaxing muscles, improving heart, and cleaning toxins." Wow! Truly awesome stuff Doc. Is there a reason why it has to be a "dry" sauna? I can't bear them, but I can sit in the steam sauna for hours. Would it have a similar affect? I'll take your answer in whatever format you offer it.
