These words are like music to my ears, but the only problem is, before you know it, there's a different tune playing altogether. I find it hard to understand how Medium has managed to seemingly condone some of this bad behavior, even to the point of actually promoting questionable writers and their content in the official publication blog, as well as related accounts that represent the staff. Also, ALL my responses are genuine and contain substance, due to me truly reading stories and sharing my views. Yet - those of us who engage just as prolifically as we write, are being lumped in with those who falsely engage. I've begun to stop interacting with writers, for this very reason. As much as I would like to see things change for the better, I'm truly skeptical right now, but I'll hang in there and see what happens :-)
