When I think about the many things we can do in life, to show definite signs of self improve self improvement, it makes me remember how much more stress-free I became, once I came to realize the power that a smile can contain.

Let me be the first to say, I’m a total sucker for a smile.

Not only does it often create a positive response that leads to a chain reaction of good feelings, but it helps to reboot your emotions when you need it most, and can allow you to restart your day.

Smiling at someone or receiving a smile from someone, has always given me a warm and fuzzy feeling that’s hard for me to explain.

I’m the kind of person who doesn’t mind initiating a smile first, because either way, it’s a good feeling when two smiles come together and meet.

Have you ever noticed that kind of feeling, or something similar?

If you’re anything like me, you could be having one of the worst days possible, and all it takes is a simple smile, to help turn things around.

Let’s stop for a moment, and consider why this happens.

Smiling can help build self esteem
