Yeah. Sometimes we allow our expectations to throw us off balance when things don't go as planned, but that only causes us to fall into a cycle that can easily lead to a self fulfilling prophecy. From now on I'm keeping my expectations low enough to prevent me from being disappointed, but reasonable enough to feel confident about :-)
