Yep. The exact same thing happened to me Susie. I had to take a photo of my license with my phone and send it to them, but like you, I use another account for Medium and didn't have that problem. Sorry to hear it, but like you said, I wouldn't squawk too loud and screw up the Medium payments, not unless it was worthwhile. :-)
