"Yesterday’s news will be quickly forgotten." I love that thought, because although yesterday's Medium stories are just as quickly forgotten, there is always today's and tomorrow's news to write about, and an opportunity for more great Medium stories. And to your question about questioning why I'm a writer - Because the thing I love and do best, is write, whether I gain financially or not. It's who I am :-)
