You Can Help Fight Alzheimer’s By Joining the August 29th Virtual Bike Ride

On August 29th (2021), the Alzheimer’s Association is having their Summer Challenge event that is promoted as a: Ride to End ALZ.

It’s actually a real live event that can be conducted where ever you live, as well as a virtual event that will be well-coordinated online. Anyone can participate, either by putting on your helmet and hitting the bike path, or by logging in and joining the virtual fun.

Registration is free and although you’re not required to do fundraising, they definitely encourage it. But whether you get sponsors and try to earn money for the charity or not, you can still ride and show your support.

The website provides a resource tool that allows you to find other participants and teams that you can connect with, so you don’t have to worry about riding alone.

The Ride to End ALZ cycling event will motivate you to push yourself and ride to the end, no matter what level of rider you happen to be.
